This notice explains what OpsTeam collects when you use OpsTeam Operations Studio and how it's used.

What we collect

  • Your email address, used to sign you in with one-time codes and to send messages you ask for.
  • Details you choose to give, such as your name, organisation, role and facts about your operation.
  • What you do in the studio at a business level: scenarios you create, industries, functions and systems you explore, decisions you make in simulations and briefs you submit.
  • Sign-in events and work sessions, kept for security and to understand interest in the product.

How it's used

  • To run the studio and keep your scenarios available to you and the colleagues you invite.
  • To help OpsTeam understand which services interest you. OpsTeam sales staff can see your account, activity summaries and anything you submit, and may contact you about it.
  • Marketing messages are only sent if you opt in, separately from service messages.

Retention and deletion

  • Demonstration scenarios that aren't used for an extended period are marked dormant, you're reminded, and they're then deleted. Your account isn't deleted just because a demonstration expires.
  • You can delete a scenario, an organisation or your whole account at any time from your account page. Discovery briefs you submitted to OpsTeam may be kept as a limited sales record.

Service providers

The studio is hosted on Railway, stores data with Supabase and sends email through Resend. They process data on OpsTeam's behalf.
