Draft for OpsTeam legal review. This text describes how the studio currently works and may change before launch.
Simulation disclaimer
Last updated 12 October 2026
OpsTeam Operations Studio is a demonstration environment. It lets you explore how a managed service could run an operation like yours, using synthetic data and simulated systems.
Synthetic data
- Every organisation, supplier, customer, invoice, bank transaction and person in a scenario is fictional.
- Fictional OpsTeam team members represent roles, not actual OpsTeam staff.
- Please don't enter real customer, employee, banking or financial records.
Simulated systems
- Screens described as “Xero-style”, “MYOB-style”, “Cin7-style”, “HubSpot-style” or “ServiceNow-style” are original illustrations of common workflows. They aren't those products, aren't connected to your accounts, and don't imply endorsement by, or equivalence with, those vendors.
- No action in the studio changes an external system, approves a real invoice or moves money.
Figures and estimates
- Metrics inside a scenario are calculated from that scenario's simulated activity. They aren't predictions of your results or service levels.
- Values are labelled by source: what you told us, simulation output, third-party benchmarks (only where a verified source is cited) and modelled estimates (with their assumptions shown).
Not a quote
Discovery briefs and illustrative service scopes help structure a conversation with OpsTeam. They aren't quotes, proposals or binding commitments, and don't include pricing.
